These terms apply to Sanang, operated by [company legal name] in Brunei Darussalam. By booking through Sanang, or by listing a business on it, you agree to them.

What Sanang does

Sanang lets customers find businesses and book their services, by message to the concierge or through a business's booking page, and gives businesses a board, customer tools and an optional assistant for their staff. The service itself is provided by the business you book with, not by Sanang.

For customers

Booking is free. Each business sets its own prices, deposits, payment on arrival and cancellation rules, which are shown before you confirm. Deposits and bills are paid directly to the business.

For businesses

• You are responsible for the services, prices, availability and rules you publish, and for honouring the bookings you accept.
• Payments are made into your own accounts. Sanang does not hold customer funds and is not a party to payments between you and your customers.
• Standard and the merchant agent are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; the shop then remains on the Free plan. A login's first shop receives a seven-day Standard trial.
• You may use customer details only for the bookings and purposes the customer agreed to.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sanang to send unsolicited messages, to list services you cannot provide, or to interfere with the service or other users.
